What stage of startups are you looking for?

We are primarily looking for growth stage startups i.e. the startup has at least figured out the product-market-fit and is generating early revenues.

How much do you invest per startup?

We invest up to INR 10 Crores (USD 1.25 Million) per startup on equity basis. Moreover, we also assure follow-on investments subject to achievement of certain milestones.

What is the duration of support provided?

Lifetime! Having said that, in our experience, in the manufacturing and engineering space, the journey from idea to scaling up typically takes up to 30-36 months. In some cases, a startup may also have the opportunity to become a business unit under Pennar Industries Ltd.

How long does the entire process take?

Our selection process spans up to 6-10 weeks. We have a rolling application cycle throughout the year, starting with the application form to online/offline conversations and some documentation. Post this, we sign a term sheet and voila — we begin our cobuilding journey! 🙂
